DAY 1: HANOI ARRIVAL(-/-/D)

On arrival at Noi Bai Airport, welcome to Vietnam by our guide and transferred to hotel in the city centre for check in

DAY 2: HANOI(B/L/-)

Full day Hanoi city tour to visit Ho Chi Minh Mausoleum and his former residence (Closed on Monday, Friday and the whole of Oct & Nov), One pillar Pagoda, Temple of Literature. After lunch, continue city tour to one of the museums (Fine Art, History, Revolutionary, War, Ethnology Museum) of your choice (closed on Monday), Hoan Kiem Lake and Ngoc Son Temple. Finish your day off at the Thang Long Opera Theatre for a traditional Vietnamese water puppet show. Lunch is included.

DAY 3: HANOI – HALONG (B/L/-D)

08:00     Transfer to Halong via vehicle (160km driving one way - 3.5hrs drive). This will be your first opportunity to see some of the rural areas of Vietnam. The drive goes through the Red River delta, so we'll have plenty of chance for taking photo of Vietnamese farmers tilling the vast green paddy field.

With a quick rest stop en route, you will reach Halong City. Arrival in Halong at 11:30
12:15:     Check-in registration, Boarding on Junk. Welcome drink is served
12:45:     Start cruising

13:00:     Have lunch board

13:30:     A fantastic cruise in Ha Long bay, visit Dinh Huong island, Ga Choi island, Dog island, Sail island,visit Sung Sot cave and a swim at Titov beach.
17:30:     Relax and enjoy sunset

19:30:     Enjoy dinner on board.

21:00:     Fishing or relax and spending a night on board.

DAY 4: HALONG – HANOI – DANANG (B/L/-)

Early risers can enjoy a morning view of Bay's landscapes. Sitting on the upper desk we can enjoy the breath - taking beauty of the rocky islands rising from the crystal-clear water of the Bay. We can hear the birds singing, cicadas chirping ashore and the gentle lapping of the waves against our boat, the perfect soundtrack to accompany the fresh air and  gentle breeze.

7:00     Have breakfast

7:30     A morning cruise to visit Man's head island. Tortoise island. Visit to Bai Tu Long bay.

10:00     Arrange luggage and check out then have lunch on boat.

11:45     Arrive at the pier. Our guide and driver pick you up and transfer to Noi Bai airport for flight to Danang

Arrival Danang, you will be welcomes by our tour guide and driver. Transfer to Hoi An for check-in.

DAY 5: HOIAN (B/L/-)

Morning, walking tour around Hoi An, discover the historic town which used to be a prosperous seaport city during the 16th to 18th centuries. Visit Hoi An's colourful local market, Tan Ky old house, Fukien Assembly Hall, and the 400-year-old Japanese covered bridge. Travelers can also see local residents raise silkworms and produce silk for Hoi An's burgeoning textile industry. Lunch at local restaurant.

Afternoon, free at leisure at Cua Dai Beach.

DAY 6: HOIAN – HUE (B/L/-)

Morning, we drive to visit the Cham Museum - the most extensive collection of Cham art worldwide and the Marble Mountain, whose peaks represent the five elements of the universe before leave Danang to Hue - was the capitol of Vietnam, from 1744 until 1945, when the last emperor abdicated. The scenic road is hugging the coastline before crossing over the winding Hai Van pass.

After lunch (included), continue your tour with a boat cruise along the Perfume River. Enjoy this romantic cruise and visit the Minh Mang Tomb. Finish up at Thien Mu Pagoda, one of the oldest ancient architectural structures for religious worship in Hue. Enjoy lunch (included in tour price).

DAY 7: HOIAN – DANANG – SAIGON  (1HRS BY FLIGHT) (B/L/-)

Morning, take a half day city tour to visit the Hue Citadel - Vietnam’s former imperial capital and a recognized UNESCO World Heritage site. With an area of 500ha and a system of three circles of ramparts, this citadel is far more elaborate than those constructed by previous empires. Stop to visit the royal tombs of King Tu Duc and King Khai Dinh and Dong Ba market for shopping. Enjoy lunch (included in tour price).

DAY 8: SAIGON – CUCHI TUNNELS – CITY TOUR (B/L/-)

Morning, transfer to visit Cu Chi Tunnels, Cu Chi was an important base during the American War, because of its strategic location. The Vietcong built a 200km long network of tunnels connecting command posts, hospitals, shelters and weapon factories. Dug out of hard late-rite by hand tools without the use of cement, this amazing network was never discovered. Enjoy lunch (included in tour price).

Afternoon, continue city tour to visit War Crime Museum which features a comprehensive collection of the machinery, weapons, photos, and documentation of Vietnam's wars with the both the French and Americans, Reunification Palace which was the former residence of the President of South Vietnam until end of April 1975. We will stop to visit China Town including the Thien Hau Pagoda.

DAY 9: SAIGON – MYTHO (B/L/-)

We today enjoy full day tour traveling south from Ho Chi Minh City to My Tho, the gateway to the Mekong Delta. Known as the “rice bowl” of Vietnam, the Delta is the most fertile region in the country, and the main producer of rice and tropical fruits. From My Tho, you board your boat and travel to one of the islands located in the middle of the Mekong River. On the island visit a fruit orchard and sample some of the local produce, before boarding a smaller sampan that winds along narrow canals. You’ll also have the opportunity to visit a local family’s house and enjoy their hospitality and share with them some tea or rice wine. After lunch in My Tho return to Saigon

DAY 10: HOCHIMINH – SIEM REAP (FLIGHT) (B/L/D)

Today you are transferred to airport for flight to Siem Reap.

Upon arrival at Siem Reap airport you will meet tour guide and transfer to local restaurant for lunch then check in.

Afternoon, excursion to visit the floating village of Chong Khneas, located 10 kilometers south of Siem Reap. Take a traditional wooden boat for a ride on the Tonle Sap Lake, the "Great Lake" of Cambodia, one of the largest in Asia and flows into Tonle Sap River, joining the Mekong in Phnom Penh. We will see a fishermen's "floating village" with floating schools, floating police station,etc. It is same as abig village floating on the lake, and the "village" move from place to place following water levels and current. Next visit the Old Market where you can see the fresh local products being sold as well as browse the souvenir stalls.

DAY 11: SIEM REAP – BANTEAY SREI – ANGKOR WAT (B/L/-)

In morning, visit the South Gate (with its huge statues depicting the churning of the oceanof milk) the ancient capital of Angkor Thom (12th century) and then take elephant ride around 15 – 20 minute to Bayon temple, you will enjoy beautiful natural view along the road then visit Bayon Temple (unique for its 54 towers decorated with over 200 smiling faces of Avolokitesvara), the Royal Enclosure, Phimeanakas, the Elephants Terrace and the Terrace of the Leper King then visit the fabulous Ta Prohm Temple which is embraced by the roots of enormous fig trees. Lunch at local restaurant.

Afternoon, visit the 7th world heritage, Angkor Wat a unique and stunning blend of spirituality and symmetry, an enduring example of man's devotion to his Gods. It is the largest and undoubtedly the most breath taking of the monuments of Angkor and it is widely believed that it is the largest religious structure in the world. In the late afternoon, you will walk to the top of Phnom Bakheng to view the amazing sunset over Angkor Wat and other surrounding ruins.

DAY 12: SIEM REAP – BANTEAY SREI (B/L/-)

In the afternoon, we visit Banteay Srei, the beautiful ‘Women’s Citadel’. Located 32 kms. FromSiem Reap town, this was Cambodia's last major Khmer temple to be re-discovered, then move to Banteay Samre built in the third quarter of the 12th century. Lunch at local restaurant.

Afternoon, explore to grand circle: Preah Khan temple, built by the King Jayavarman VII and, like Ta Prohm, a place of towered enclosures and shoulder-hugging corridors. Ta Som temple, East Me Bon, is a large temple-mountain-like ruin, rising three levels and crowned by five towers. Jayavarman IV, a usurper to the throne, moved the capital from Angkor to Kh Ke in 928AD. Sixteen years later Rajendravarman II returned the capital to Angkor and shortly thereafter constructed East Mebon on an island in the middle of the now dry Eastern Bary. The temple is dedicated to Shiva in honor of the king’s parents. Then move to the major Pre Rup temple, built by Rajendravarman II in late 10th century.

You’ll have the rest of the time before transfer to your onward flight.
